Sign up and pay the registration fee. You can complete the 8K distance at any time in February and earn your medal anywhere in the world.

 

Mark your own course.

Get creative to run this year's Brea 8K. We've seen runners running indoors, in backyards, and other places to make up for this year's canceled races. You have to run 8K, but everything else is up to you. Add long straights or steep hills like the Brea 8K's Heartrate Hill. 

 

Get your family and friends involved.

You may not be able to run with your friends, but you can bring them along and support a good cause together -- virtually.

 

Do it when it's right for you.

Snowing or raining? Wait until the time is right for you. We'll give you a time frame to complete the 8K, but do it when it's best for you.

Why virtual?

The Brea 8K Committee recognizes the importance of physical and mental health during this difficult time. A virtual race provides the ability to be physically active safely while socially interacting with our family, friends and community near or far. While an in-person event is ideal – and our preference – virtual interaction can be a healthy way to reconnect with family and friends as we continue to support one another and our community.
